I have been doing group workout's & Personal Training with Julia at FIT Richmond since June 2010. The group workouts are a lot of fun even though they are hard work. She does not allow you to slack off and pushes you to the max. I noticed a difference in posture and core strength almost immediately. Julia caters the workouts to the individual. I would recommend FIT to anyone trying to work on core strength or looking to start on the path to better health. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is with FIT Richmond.
