Exercise Classes
All fitness levels are encouraged to participate in Group FIT classes. Participants receive individualized attention from the trainer to fit their specific needs. Nobody is too weak or too strong for any of our classes. Classes are 60 minutes and held at the FIT Richmond studio. Each week will be a new workout so you will never get bored and your body will continue to see results. Join in at anytime to begin seeing results for yourself! We offer a variety of classes from full body circuit training, core/stretch, Bootcamp, Zumba, Yoga and more!
