Two of my co-workers told me about Fit Richmond about a year and a half ago. I had multiple injuries from running, and I decided that I needed to do some strength training to help with my core during my long runs. I took a 6 week private session, which focused on my weaknesses. I have since joined Fit Group Training once a week to build on what I have learned and to continue to get stronger. I ran my first Marathon in November 2010, and I couldn't be happier with my results! I contribute my accomplishments in running to the hard work and challenging excerises that I have done at Fit Richmond! Kelly Casey

Exercise Classes

All fitness levels are encouraged to participate in Group FIT classes. Participants receive individualized attention from the trainer to fit their specific needs. Nobody is too weak or too strong for any of our classes. Classes are 60 minutes and held at the FIT Richmond studio. Each week will be a new workout so you will never get bored and your body will continue to see results. Join in at anytime to begin seeing results for yourself! We offer a variety of classes from full body circuit training, core/stretch, Bootcamp, Zumba, Yoga and more!
