I cannot say enough good things about FIT Richmond. Since finding Julia, Ashley and all the amazing staff at FIT in August, I have lost 145 pounds, but have gained SO much more! From day 1 I believe my success has come from the fact that I was not taught a diet, or a simple workout, I was taught a lifestyle. Losing weight and getting healthy Is hard, but FIT Richmond gave me the tools to make good balanced food choices and a variety of workouts that constantly challenged me and produced amazing results from day one to today. During my time at FIT Richmond I have done personal training, group classes and the FIT challenge- I would recommend any of these programs to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and/or overall health- whether you weigh 400 pounds or 100 pounds; whether you run marathons or can barely walk up the stairs- no matter what your background may be the staff at FIT Richmond will help you reach your goals and become your best self! That being said please let me warn you, it will not be easy- you will be challenged and held accountable every day, but I promise if you put your trust in the staff and do the work the results will be so amazingly worth it!
