What is FIT

It is Focused Individulized Training

FIT Richmond is not a chain or “box gym” we are a smaller studio with a focus on health and wellness. Our personal training and small group training sessions are designed to give you optimal results, by creating the ultimate functional human body.  Unlike other programs that can break you down over time, our FIT method has been scientifically proven to produce results by creating stronger bodies and reducing injuries.   Our experienced fitness professionals modify each workout to the needs of our clients to provide individualized training.
